Guys, I wanna ask you something strange, and bit dumb with electric hydraulic steering. Have you ever experienced this issue: I have 3thr-d party electric alarm fitted on my car ( and it uses juice from battery ofc.) When the temperature is low outside, and i leave my car for like 3 days when i start my car steering wheel light turns on and I lose power steering I had VCDS on me that time, i scanned for DTCs none. And I held my rpms at 1500 to charge the battery and after a minute or two the light went off and I gained power steering again.
Did anyone experienced anything similar?
-I'm not loosing any fluid. Sometimes when i turn the wheel while stationary i can like hear the pump working is this ok ? Or the pump is FUBAR?

Re: Power steering
I had a new 65 Ah battery put inside. Damn it seems that alarm is parasitic in winter time
To anyone with 1.6 tdi, go with 75 ah battery...
