I know this is a Seat question but there are many resemblenses with Polo PQ so there might be some expertise here

A friend of mine with Seat recently upgrade his lowline cluster (1P0920810P SW0404) to a MFA+ cluster (5P0920850_SW0905).
The cluster is working well.

He already had a steering wheel with 12 buttons and most of them work, only the LEFT+RIGHT buttons on the right side (to switch to other menus) doesn't seem to work.
I've already checked some settings and codings with him but can't find any obvious issue.

Here is the steering wheel module with the buttons:

Does anyone here have an idea why only the LEFT+RIGHT buttons on the right side don't work?
If there is a mechanical failure, is there some way we can check that in some measure blocks?

this is a cluster EPP configuration
sometime can jump from TRIP stalk to MFSW itself ,
some time when is stuck, only EPP change can fix this
post cluster EPP and can be fix

Thanks, but did you mean address 0x0000 ? That value is 0x03 to make the buttons work. Any other value makes the buttons not work.

I remember I had a similar problem when I installed my MFSW.
Press and hold left and right buttons and at the same time switch-on the ignition while those buttons are pressed.
This should enable those two buttons.

check what CAN message is send from Seat MFSW , and what is from VW MFSW
becayuse EPP is working ok with VW MFSW
