Polo 6C GTI - swapping DRL unit

I'm looking into swapping out my DRL unit (fog light + halogen DRL) with relatively inexpensive unit I've found on aliexpress: https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/H9d670d6e79d ... a3e82j.jpg
Aliexpress unit supposedly has LED fog light, DRL that turns orange when turning and blue light for night.

Any idea if this would this be plug-n-play solution or would I need some kind of additional resistor or programming? I'm unable to find any relevant info about these. Any info is appreciated.
Also, what's the legality of these in the EU?
