Tpk hands free removal - polo gti 2014

Hey

The previous owner had a Tpk hands free kit installed into the car. I want to remove this hands free kit (it’s irritating and poor audio quality) however the wiring goes behind the dashboard. I have traced the wiring back to behind the radio (rcd310) and the mic wiring is hidden under the drivers side window panel

I need help / info on removing it. Any help?

I'd suggest to remove the radio and see how it's all wired up
