Cold Air Intake / Induction Kit for base model 6R

Post by ash4hmed »

Hey everyone.

I'm looking for an induction kit for my 60 hp 6R base model 1.2 petrol. The kits I've seen online are only for the better/larger engines.

I already have a nice exhaust, just want a little more sound from the front end now.

If not, I'll consider any other recommendations for affordable engine mods.

Have a good one :)

You can always DIY it with some PVC pipes if you can't find one.

That would be my very last resort.
I'm not too mechanically skilled, and I'd want it to be a proper job than doing it by an average joe like me.

Appreciate the tip though!

Well if you want cold air intake dont choose one that puts the filter somewhere deep in engine bay ( aka. near the ecu).
The stock car pulls air from front so some kit that locates the filter near the front of the car.

I think you can get extra noise with foam filter.
