Electrical fault on my polo 16 plate gti

Currently experiencing a electrical fault in my 16 plate polo gti as you can see from photos it’s throwing up a few errors with coolant,bonnet being open, wipers and also other electronic buttons failing to work any ideas or solutions?

so first off all, these pictures are crap. stand still when you make a picture and hold the phone still as well.
it's probably an issue with a wiring loom in the engine bay.
