Polo 6C Bite Point Clunk

Hi all,

Been trying to diagnose a clank type of noise when I sometimes lift my clutch to bite point, but I don't really hear it at all in any gear apart from 1st.

I'm debating whether it's one of the 3 mounts, maybe the dogbone / pendulum mount?

I've recorded a video, and I'd be surprised if this is normal movement..

It was done in 1st gear, handbrake on, and just quickly or rapidly trying to lift the clutch to around the bite point.
