The worrying thing is they are trying to make these on the spot breathaliser tests grounds for prosecution.

My brother failed a test a couple of years back but when he got to the police station it showed that he was way under. He only had one point.

Not good considering how inaccurate these road side testers are.

i think they just do you if you're young and its night time, because why else would you be out if not to get wasted

been done myself at 11.30 going between parents houses... fair nuff forgot to kill the fogs (headlamp backup on a vicious country road) when hitting a lit urban area, but i was clean-as and had my 2 years younger brother in the car... as if i'd be drinking.... cheh.

still got the placcy tube here somewhere :D

lol, a friend of mine was breathalised about 10 (yes 10) times from about this time last year till new year last year, he'd been completely alcohol free each time, just seems like it was a formallity to test young people if if it was late at night

aww I've never been breatalised!

I've not drunk for 4 years - so when they ask me if I've been drinking I always spit "not in 4 years" lol

Getting pulled over for being young etc. is a pain.

Once I was pulled over because a (female) passenger in my back seat was naked. Now she'd been drinking.

That was interesting....

Madmatt, good job they didn't do a drugs test too then...i hear your heavily addicted to crack!
;-)

I haven't even been pulled by the police yet....even when i drove around all day in a balaclava to see if they pulled me...*i thought muslim women drive round with their face covered i wonder if i could*

Guess i look too old and boring to be a drug dealing murderer.
