Idling Point

Ok, I know you chaps have probably heard this a million times before but I need to change the temp sensor on my polo because the idling is starting to nark me off!

Anyway, my W reg 1.0 E I think the part code is 059 919 501 A no?

But where is it in the engine bay and how do I replace it!!
