Search me - I don't even like 16V bumpers - MKV bumpers look higher on the 6n2 - no bit of filler trim like the 6n

6n2 and 6n bumpers are slightly different. if u look where the bumper meets the wing just by the wheel, u'll see a difference. as for fitting, they may have similar fittings but i'm not sure, it'll sertainly need some work to make them fit! is it really worth it, there are some nice bumpers out there for the 6n2

true you need some serious mnodification to get a mk4 bumper to fit a mk5

main thing to note is the front bumper on a mk4 is from the front grille down, on a mk5 the front bumper includes the front grille sides (bits that come up between the lights and the grille, so no it wont fit :(
its a shame because theres not really much choice for tyhe mk5!

p.s doug&dan where you finding these nice front bumpers? :wink:

took me a while to realise what you were going on about! in my opinion, custom smooth front bumpers are the way to go with a smoothed in splitter! mmmmm :lol:
