Merry Christmas to everyone!

Anyone got any cool presents? (that you haven't bought yourself!)

Well, that's it I guess. All the best!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Hope you have a great day...

Drive carefully if you're off to see friends or relatives... I don't know what it's like round you, but we have a good covering of snow here and it's freezing!

I got an Airbrush and Tom Tom Navigator! I'm also treating myself to tints on Monday 8)

Here's what it's like outside my house now... (oh and MissyC is my car-nut mum before you ask!):

yay!

unfortunately i had no excuse to drive anywhere last night and had about an hour before walked back from a family xmas where much bishops finger, boddies and bordeaux was consumed... :)

(unfortunately i forgot my camera at home before going there, but it was kind of dull anyway - best use would have been to document the scandalous amount of food wasted by my aunt giving everyone the same enormous amount on their plate to start with, and then her two kids, my nan and mum hardly touching it)

last night:

this morning:

edit - whoops, that was only meant to be 300 tall not 400. still, i think its a gorgeous pic so it stays!

now:

all we need now is a second wave of heavy snow to finish off what was started but abandoned last night, but i can't see it happening - the skies haven't been so clear and (beautifully) pacific ocean blue since july... ;) ah well, it was pretty while it lasted!

happy new year everybody!

Merry Christmas everyone

We got no snow either - Suffolk is warm and sunny - but the car is cleanish and I'm bored at my folks house

Spent most of the morning sorting out my fathers GPS system in his car so it works so I suppose it was reasonably fun!!!!

Thats the folks hoise.........

It's a bit of a sprauling mess really - the bits you can't see include a ground floor granny anex with a full size snooker table/lounge Self contained bathroom entrance and another kitchen

But the snooker table is handy when the brothers and brothers in law all arrive for crimbo  It sure beats a pool table in the garage

merry xmas v2 :)

from a pokey little 3rd storey flat in bournemouth with me dad and his technically catholic-jewish (yeah, me neither!) partner

christmas dinner was either sausage and chips last night or the enormous chinese takeaway we had tonight (supposedly a 4 person thing but could have fed an army)... takes yer pic

prezzies, a novelty laser pointer with replacable lenses on that form pictures, and a cheap book from some bring-and-buy market (good ones, however, he chooses well). plus a trip down to the waterfront where there were an unbelievable number of people taking the winter sea air and playing on the beach - and in the waves! also had an ice cream and went in the oceanarium. nice.

and no tree or decorations, a nice break from all that bull :D

"see" you all before the new year, maybe, if poppy makes the trip back. did some scary things starting/running wise monday morning maybe pointing to continuing loss of compression on a couple cylinders (hopefully = gasket not piston rings?)... kept to 70-75 all the way down but still struggled on some of the hills.
