Re: battery flat
LOOL when disconnecting the battery, remove negative terminal first, then positive terminal. When connecting the battery, positive first then negative.

Re: EPC light brake light switch problem
Took my car to the local and explained the matter, they said it was a 2 min process and they werent busy working so they did it Free of charge! Happy Days! On a side note, he did TRY to mention that 5 other faults appeared on his obd scanner, but at that point of time, i was too excited to give a s*...

Re: Newby looking for some insperation!
LM's are so sick. Some people may give you a funny look when they find out their fakes, even though any old tom dick or harry wouldnt be able to tell the difference. It's a tough call. I have Montreal II's on my 9n and I love them, (even though I've almost curbed the s**t out of them), but if I coul...

Re: Help with WIFI Poweline adapters CALLING ALL TECHIES!
Well I cancelled my purchase on the TL-PA411, because as benmkiv pointed out, it would have just turned out to be an extension, which is what i wanted to avoid, so i bought the TL-WPA281, which is a powerline wireless repeater, must admit its a fine bit of kit, no drop in speed and was fairly simple...

Re: EPC light brake light switch problem
Totally forgot to update the situation on this, the whole process was very simple and exactly as the lads instructed me. the clips which hold it seemed abit fiddly though, felt like they were about the snap, but i managed to get the brake lights to work. On another note.. the EPC light wont turn off...

Help with WIFI Poweline adapters CALLING ALL TECHIES!
So I've recently upgraded my broadband to sky, I say recently but its more like 6 months, anyway, the router they have provided me with is absolutely SHOCKING. I can barely recieve any signal upstairs. This led me to pop down to my local pc world this morning, asked a few of the techies there, and t...

Re: Thinking of selling my Monty 2's
I bought mines for 200 with tyres off ebay about 2 years ago, best set of OEM wheels ever put on a 9n IMO, but they are notorious for corrosion damage and for the past 2 odd years, I've had constantly had to have the tyres rebeaded every 6 months or so, due to minor leaks on the alloy. Now its prett...

Re: Air ride ?
I'm sure there are a few people on here who do have air ride, but if you want advice from a bigger audience regarding air ride on dubs, I would advise you to ask on the edition38 forums.
