My knob recently just broke off!!! I wouldn't know how the frig to get it off. I think I'll leave it up to the mechanics, I just hope they can get an original one, I don't want some generic crap.

So Mk5 Polo or Golf/ Mk 4 Golf should fit on? Maybe if I give them the heads up, it'll save em some ...

I wouldn't bother replacing.
I just disconnected my cause they sound like crap. Tunes playing through the doors and rear speakers mounted in the parcel tray.

Not worth the hassle I would reckon, too much vibration in the dash if ya pumped hard??

No, she wasn't blonde, They musta been broken. Since she was moving them from the outside. Otherwise if they were standard, then the toggle would be on the inside and you wouldn't have to wind your window down to move them?

Weird?

I pulled up to a spiffy looking MKV, (i think) this morning and the chic wound down her window to adjust her mirrors.... Do they really bring out new polos without electric windows and mirrors... Pretty dumb if you ask me :? Is this a standard thing??? Just wondering.

No room in the boot anymore but I think I'll live :D ...

Cheers for the advice.
System was installed professionally. Returned it and they said the amp was faulty. Now I have to get it repaired, which means i'm left with front speakers only for 2-4 weeks. :x BUGGER.

Suppressor install?

Just had a sweet as system put in with a 13.5" sub and nice 6" matching speakers for the parcel shelf. Only prob is that I'm getting really annoying and constant interference through the 2 speakers in the back that are running of the amp.

Someone mentioned installing a suppressor to the alternator ...

Angel Eye Head Lights

Hey can someone out there post some pics of their polo with some sweet angel eye headers. Thinking about buying some but don't know if they're worth it. Wanna see them on before getting them sent to Aus. Would hate to be disappointed.

Cheers. :)
