We have just bought another Polo GTI 2001 Red I will get some pictures of them both together when the weather gets better!! They rock!! I took us quite a while to find one locally, they seem quite rare down south.

I have noticed when i have my climate control is on auto the fan speed indicator does not change, just stays on 4 bars, but i can here the fan speed change. My girlfreind has a 2001 polo where as mine is a 2000 model, her display changes when the fan speed increases and decreases when on auto. Just ...

I have been to the audi VW track day at combe for the previous 2 years! Its a really good day out all types of VAG group motors there, but never many polo's!! Well i'v got a new set and are going to try to refurb my old set! can't be too hard once their apart. just need to know what bit i need to undo the bolts and where to get one from.

I'm after some advise. I'm going to split my pair of BBS splitrims to refurb the outer rim, just wondered what bit i needed to split the rim's. I have searched the web for the VM8 Torq bit but cant find anywhere to get one! I found this set on machinemart's website, do you think it would include one...

Must of taken me a whole afternoon to do!, but well worth it!

I'm gonna stick with the BBS splitties, managed to get myself another refurbed set!!

Yeah i have tryed to get them done in my local area, but no one seems to want to touch splitrims! I have herd of a place called Fatwheels, apparntly they do them, got any idea of how much they cost to get refurbed?
