Goin to get a new set of speakers for the polo and Im lookin at Focals. Anyone know what size I can get e.g. whats the size of the current ones?

i doubt it.. they're 16.5mm which means they wont go into the alloted slots so you will have to either drill them yourself or get an adaptor from caraudiosecurty. I'd recommend the alpine speakers.. i have a set and they are crystal clear. make sure you get components

they're 5mms out which is quite a big deal in terms of spacing. Thats an equivalent of 2.5mm out in each hole, so that might mean them being loose. But if you win the auction, drilling holes isnt exactly hard.. just make sure you avoid the wires

I thought the speakers in the 6N2 were 6 1/2 inches
If they were 16cm they'd be about 6.30 inches

they're 16cms but they're classified as 3.5 inches if you have a look at the 3.5 inch speakers half of them are 16, some are 17 and some are 16.5 need to make sure before you buy them

i thought they only did the BMC for the GTi.. would have got that instead of the K&N
