When you say it doesn't feel right, how do you mean?

AFAIK just having new wheels fitted shouldn't affect your tracking, have the wheels been balanced?

That may even be why the car feels strange.

May be worth getting it checked properly then to be on the safe side and to put your mind at rest.

Make sure the wheel nuts are tightened up. I did this before, and the nuts weren't tightened, and I had all sorts of noises from my suspension. Get a garage or a tyre shop to tighten them properly, or get your self a breaker bar and tighten them as much as you can, or up to 110Nm.

Failing that, it could be that the wheels are not balanced, are the balancing weights all there on the inside of the wheel? I reckon they could need balancing, since you bought them second-hand.

Reduce your tyre pressure. Had the same thing when I had my MK4, felt less grippy and steering controlled itself on minor bumps. I found the tyre pressure was 38psi, where as it should be 32psi on 195/45/15
