also seems as if i can hear a noise coming from 1 of the wheels
when i first put it on it lookd as if it was sitting bent drove it up and down the road and seems to be sitting striaght now and evry1 i've askd says they think its sitting straight but iam not convinced

Make sure the wheel nuts are tightened up. I did this before, and the nuts weren't tightened, and I had all sorts of noises from my suspension. Get a garage or a tyre shop to tighten them properly, or get your self a breaker bar and tighten them as much as you can, or up to 110Nm.
Failing that, it could be that the wheels are not balanced, are the balancing weights all there on the inside of the wheel? I reckon they could need balancing, since you bought them second-hand.
