No! There are a lot of differences, turbo and intercooler for example are not the same.

But a remapped 130 PD will come out to a 175-180HP and +- 400Nm of torque safely so the 130 PD is quite fast enough

The 160 pd remapped will get you to about 200(+) HP and 450+-Nm which is incredibly fast in a car like an Ibiza

I have seen movies of a remapped Ibiza 160 PD going over a bmw 120d remapped at 200HP like it was nothing

300nm is what it is standard Dan - works out to about 220ft lb. 400nm is about 295ft lb

?? The 130 PD engine already has 310Nm of torque as standard. Maybe you are confusing lb's with Nm's.

Here in EU (BE) we work in Newtonmeters, kilometers, and liters :p

I'm sorry but I don't know how much lb's 400Nm is..
