Amp question
Amp question
I have two 10" 400w subs and 2 6x9's, if i want an amp to run them both how many channel etc does it need to be as i have no clue.
if i was you. buy 1 amp. or even 2 amps. if you connect your 6x9's up to your head untit it should power it sufficiently. and you need an amp to power your subbs. preferably a 800watts one, with 2 outputss. which splitts it to 400 watts each.
if you want to have it proper good. i would buy another amp. which is 200 watts. and applies 2 channels. with 100 watts each. to power your 6x9's aswell as the other amp for the subbs.
dont buy a huge amp with loads of outputss cus youll either blow your 6x9's or wont power your subs to full potentiel and it will sound well horrible. also make sure you buy the right amp for the job. sum amps are designd for 6x9's. which you can identify by the class. you need a class A-B amp for 6x9's i think.
