URGENT! 1.4 16V AFH engine, Timing marks

Well, The water pump it done, It doesnt over heat, Its all good, Well almost. I was supposed to be doing the work on the engine, I got home and my other half's dad had done it. When he fired it up, I wasnt convinced it was right, I wouldnt idle and sounded rough. After he had gone, I looked at it my self, Couldnt see anything obvious. I checked the marks he had put on the timing belt, They didnt line up. So I think it a tooth or two out. Problem is I dont know whay should line up to what, I dont trust the marks the he put on, I want to start from scratch. Has anyone got and pics of the timing marks on the crank or flywheel and the cam sprockets??
