Tip for coilovers:
Spray them with copper grease once desired height is achieved. And whenever you come to adjust them, give them a decent and thorough clean getting rid of all the previous copper grease and gunk which it attracts, then spray them with WD40.
The main reason way coilovers seize is because the copper grease sprayed on attracts heaps of dirt which when adjusted gets stuck bestween the coils of the strut and adjustor ring.
