Lowering/coilovers

I don't want it to play up on me after i fit the lowering springs though, so might opt for Coilovers anyway, seeing as they seem to be much more trouble free after lowering...

speaking of greasing up, you could get some copper greaseand spray or wipe it on, i got some from halfords in a spray can. it basically stops it seizing up and stuff.

Tip for coilovers:

Spray them with copper grease once desired height is achieved. And whenever you come to adjust them, give them a decent and thorough clean getting rid of all the previous copper grease and gunk which it attracts, then spray them with WD40.

The main reason way coilovers seize is because the copper grease sprayed on attracts heaps of dirt which when adjusted gets stuck bestween the coils of the strut and adjustor ring.
