Throttle body
Tried searchin for things but cant really find out, but i cleaned my throttle body earlier and it has now thrown up my engine management check light and EPC light and runs like a bag of s**t and after a few minutes of idleing i try to rev the car, the accelerator doesnt do anything, doesnt rev!

Ahhh. You need to realign your throttle body. Its on ross-tech.com under Car Info and Procedures called TBA. It happens where dirt cloggs the butterfly, and it ends up 'home' in a different position than it is used to
You need vag com to do this, but leave your battery disconnected overnight and there is a strong chance when you reconnect it the throttle body will align automatically - its more likely on the 1.0 -1.4 range that this will work so you are good

Change the com speed in the device manager (or hardware manager depending on which windows version you are using) to 9600
Thats the fix for that.
Basically, if you go into the COM port properties, go advanced and you can change it in there.
There is unfortunately no other way to calibrate it apart from that
