The tyres that are on the rims are a bit tall, so may not be any good to you. The size you need is 195/40/16. More info on tyres is
here. The 50 profile tyres on the rims at the moment will make the speedo read slower than you are actually travelling.
The ET of Seat alloys , i believe, is between 35 & 38. As suggested by Bepe, spacers (a shim to push wheel out) could be used, although use a quality made item made for your car as there is a lot of rubbish around.
