The paint looks a little heavy on the engine, although its very red!
Perhaps give it a little rub down with some wet and dry?

You should be fine.
Leave it a couple of days to harden, and just use some really fine wet and dry (wet) flat it down a little and then polish it back up.
Shouldn't need to paint it again :)

Caliper = Good.

Rocker = Not so good pal, Well heavy it looks like!

I wouldnt flat and polish it as that will be very hard to bring back up by hand and will be very hard to acess, I would flat the whole rocker down again and put only 2 coats on, less is more if done right!

Grubby engine alex aswell god get to cleaning lol!

Do like the shinny calipers tho!

Tomorrow or thursday :P

Update:

Spent a good few hours washing and claying the paintwork :) Its looking beautiful already

Tomorrows plan:

Detail whole car as follows...

Full going over with Megs Step 1 Cleanser
Then Autoglym SRP
Then 3 x Klasse AIO
Then 3 x Collinite 476S

Do all glass, plastics, rubbers, and metal work on exterior

Remove wheels, clean properly, and coat with SRP and collinite

Thursdays plan:

Detail interior with full valet, polish, etc
