Wheel Bolts

Hi, i was wondering if any1 could help with the following; ive got a 9n polo, i am changing from steel wheels to audi tt comps, ive been told i need longer bolts, is this true as i am not too clued up on this topic? if so where can i purchase some from and how much is it going to cost me roughly thanks, any help will be appriciated.

iirc they are 40mm bolts, they aint that much from the dealer

I thought the stock wheel bolt's were 30mm, but could be wrong Just had to buy longer wheel bolts myself for the front, as I have added a bigger brake kit - M14 1.5 60mm were R63.78 a bolt, which is probably a few pounds, but bloody expensive compared to the same M12 size...

im currently running on tt comps with my original bolts and theyre fine.
