Are any of these any good ?
I harsh brake sometimes and think that drileld and grooved would be a better choice:

They look nice, but in reality offer little in the way of advantage! (Perhaps marginally reduce fade on very very long and polonged brake usage (say on a circuit)
The biggest gain would come from fitting some aftermarket pads with a softer compound on them.....

I have black diamond drilled and grooved at the front on mine and they are really good once bedded in, i have a set of black diamond drilled and grooved with preditor pads for sale if ur interested, £160 NOTES!

If you're looking to upgrade your brakes, you might as well consider doing the 280mm conversion at the same time.
