Looking at getting some new front brakes ?

Post by neilGTI »

Are any of these any good ?

I harsh brake sometimes and think that drileld and grooved would be a better choice:

or these:

Can anyone help or advise ?

They look nice, but in reality offer little in the way of advantage! (Perhaps marginally reduce fade on very very long and polonged brake usage (say on a circuit)

The biggest gain would come from fitting some aftermarket pads with a softer compound on them.....

If you're looking to upgrade your brakes, you might as well consider doing the 280mm conversion at the same time.
