HELP!

ive got a black gti and had the wheels off to clean them.i then put them back on and was torquing them up to 120nm when one of the wheelstuds snapped.any ideas on how to get the stud out ?

Are you able to take the wheel off over the stud? If so then you may be able to get a strong set of pliers and unscrew, If the wheel will not come off then you may have to drill it, although I'm not entirely sure how to do this, I know a mate who had the same problem and said he had to :?

I think he had to make a cross hair shape with a screw driver & hammer , then use a cross drill piece and reverse drill to unsrew it.

Although dont try this until someone else can confirm it! as it sounds well dodgy :!:

thats what i thought about doing i just wanted to see if anyone had a better suggestion. cheers mate
