Are you able to take the wheel off over the stud? If so then you may be able to get a strong set of pliers and unscrew, If the wheel will not come off then you may have to drill it, although I'm not entirely sure how to do this, I know a mate who had the same problem and said he had to
I think he had to make a cross hair shape with a screw driver & hammer , then use a cross drill piece and reverse drill to unsrew it.
Although dont try this until someone else can confirm it! as it sounds well dodgy
