Re: damp headlining
sunroof? or damaged door seals?
Re: damp headlining
i dont have a sun roof ands its not near the door, only got the three door model its near the window but ive checked all the seal around that.
i was told it maybe the rear washer piping but i dont think that runs through the headlining?

Re: damp headlining
I cant work out how that would leak though - its a bonded part of the chassis. Best way to fix it (if it is leaking) is with something like tigerseal or a similar PU sealant as this will seal it up with flexibility for chassis movement.

Re: damp headlining
i dont really see how it can leak either... id still say its most likely to a corroded or lose ariel base. or even loose door seals ?

Re: damp headlining
Agreed - the door seals touch the headlining, so it is possible it could be causing it.
Either that, or the windscreen seal has split.
Can you get a photo of the affected area of headlining?

Re: damp headlining
yeh i will do over the next couple of days
im pretty sure its not the aerial since it is not in the middle of the car just the left.
its only a 3 door so it wont be door seals
i will get a picture up asap
