Whats the fastest youve been?..

On a private road, of course, ive gone off the clocks. In a GTI, thats 140+ lol

I can hit 139 on the M3 at winchester/basingstoke in my gti but that was the redline. In my astra coupe turbo 155 on the same strech. When I had my motorbikes 172 was the fastest.

running all gears to there max and really pushing it with one passenger ive had 115/118 in my 1.4 8v of course again on a private road

we were doing 100 without me even realising so thought id just see how hard i could push it... hit my target 115 and stopped as i dont really want to loose my license lol

Got to 130, redline in 5th in my 1.4 8V but its on 13s which means my speedos are out, anyone have any idea what the real speed could bee ?

I can tell you it would have been no where near 130 in reality
The book speed for 8V 1.4 is only 97mph so realistically you may have been doing just over 100mph maximum

i disagree i have hit 118 in my 1.4 8v and i stopped it recon it could have gone a little more. so maybe his was around the same

Yeah 118 on the speedo I wont argue that but dont forget they can be as much as 10% out in some cases.
The parkers guide stats for all the Polo's are pretty much spot on give or take 2 or 3 mph

The litte Saxo VTR's will only do 118mph and thats flat out, I can verify that having overtaken one with ease
