G60 fly with VR6 clutch is a more done set up.
the G60 flywheel is single mass and soes produce more noice also as the stock version, but it is not much because we have 5 speed gearboxes.
if you put this set up on a 6speed gearbox you will go crazy from the noise it will produce!
keep in mind that the VR6 clutch is rated to 350Nm torque, and a mapped polo can easy produce this.
so i won't recommend this set up on a stage 2 polo...
best clutches for road use and good feeling wich are strong enough are the ones from sachs performance.
slightly harder as the stock ones and they do the job verry good.
ps: i wont recomment a lighter flywheel on a GTI as well...
some people take a lightend G60 flywheel but the problem is, it will rev faster as before, but it will fall back in rev's faster as before to.
and like we all know, our gearboxes ar not made to shift fast without crunching the hell out of it.
synchro's are to slow.
so a lighter flywheel is good and well but you have to shift fast enough to keep it in the right rev's otherwise it will fall back to far.
and unless you get a DECENT shortshift tower you are doing more bad as good in youre performance figures...
