Buying a GTI with front mud flaps? Hate them!

Post by sony »

Found a nice 6R but it has front mud flaps fitted. Would they have had to drill some holes in the arch liner to fit them? This would put me off!

It can be done without drilling holes but they're not very secure so they are generally drilled !

Have had quite a few VAG cars in my time- Mk2 Golf GTI, Mk3 Golfr VR6, LUpo GTI.
Then started a business- and had to buy something cheap, and reliable... Got a Hyundai Coupe.... :?

... So glad I'm back in a VW- I missed it! The 6R feels so well built!!

Yeah ish! Manchester. Just hope I don't get issues with high oil consumption. It looked so good and drove so well that I decided to take a gamble and hope for the best!

I've never been fussed on spec- it's about the car's looks for me and the experience. So basic spec + 2010 60 plate with 7000 miles on it! :D
