The plugs are NGK BKR7E. They seem to be the most common one people use after doing a bit of research.

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=200030 Is a link to the guide I used for the SAI, N249 and N112 delete. I bought the resistor kit off ebay along with the forge blanking plate. Wasn't too hard to do, got it done in a night after work. Only trouble I had was removing the tower the combi valve sits on requires removal of a coolant pipe which i wanted to avoid. I had to alter the blanking plate a bit so that it would sit on top of the tower directly in place of the combi valve.

Had a bit of a nightmare with the misses locking the keys in the car  and so couldn't get to my cleaning gear on the sunday morning so had to borrow what i could off other people.
Had to call the AA out as some may have seen to break into it haha. The AA guy was into VWs though so he was happy enough!

Haha cheers pal. Glad to hear it inspired you! The black one is on the same local VW forum as me hence being on the same stand, looks ace with the evo wheels on.

That is rather nice!

Whats the fuel economy like out of interest? Ive been looking at an A5 3.0 TDI for a while now, but am yet to see any realistic MPG figures.

Cheers pal! Fuel economy is decent for the size of engine, low 30s round town , into the 50s on the motorway but drops into the 20s when you give it a bit.
The 2.0 tdi's are a lot better but being used to 28mpg on a weekly basis in the polo to around 38mpg in a week for the A5 together with similar performance and a massive step up in terms of the car itself, I'm well happy. It's not quite as quick as the Polo was being a heavier car plus 4wd but a map sees 300bhp and 600Nm of torque so should give me a bit of the driving buzz back that I miss from the Polo.

Thats not bad at all given the performance the engine kicks out and the size

Im used to that kind of MPG given my edition 30 rarely achieved over 30MPG on a motorway run lol

Indeed - thats pretty impressive figures!
