Door locking

Hi,
Does Anyone know how to make the polo open all the doors with one press of the unlock button only?
It’s a 2011 polo gti without mfsw.

Yes, it's a simple coding of the BCM with i.e. VCDS, OBD11

My Polo is a 2015 with the infotainment screen and I used the menu on that to select the "one blip unlocks all doors" setting to match the non-variable setting on wife's VW up!.

Apologies as I don't know whether your Polo has the infotainment screen or not.

There is nothing in the infotainment screen relating to that.
My son has vcds I’ll ask him to bring it over

You will need access to VCDS or OBDeleven as said earlier, your car has a different set of "electronics package" to the later 6C Polo, so I'm guessing that you would need to look around in Central Electronics controller, ie controller 09 - I'm guessing that from looking back at a scan from my daughter's previous car which was a late 2009 SEAT Ibiza - so a car very closely related to a 6R VW Polo.

Good, though as said earlier Central Electronics is also BCM - Body Control Module, I thought that a quick "look" using Google would guide you into which Byte and so Bit(s) that needed altered.
I'm sure that info will exist online if you try harder than I did earlier, VCDS does include "help" when sniffing around in controllers.
