Hi, will I need to get the battery reprogrammed if I disconnect it to stop the air bags going off when I remove my seats. Attempting a fix at heated seat element

No, you don't need to do anything after disconnecting the battery. All you have to do is "play" with the power window switch to restore automatic mode.
