Could be a actuator issue, so not necessarily a fuse.
Or a heater core issue.
My 6C gets codes now and again for a faulty fresh air vent actuator. If I have the AC on the air seems to stop for a bit on left turns, I kid you not.
But at least a code was logged. See if there is a code that might indicate a faulty actuator.

Yes an E-box holds both fuses and relays while a fuse box just holds fuses.
