In addition to everything mentioned above, and within the possibilities of having made a mistake when doing the electrical installation, and since the original T17/4 and T17/7 wires have the same color, I wonder if whoever did the electrical installation confused these wires. :?:

The correct one to transfer to the coupling is T17/7.
The T17/4 is the one that should be isolated.

IMP. Check diagrams, guide/instructions on page 3.
