Although according to my personal preferences I would introduce the following BCM coding so that the CH & LH functions were carried out through the main headlights instead of the fog lights, and so that the fog lights were turned on when reversing (especially for a T5. 1 Highline Executive) which is very convenient in tight parking lots.

Remember that the CH function is semi-automatic (pull stalk HB once + open the door). LH is automatic (remote control).

We changed a few bytes for asistent driving lights, coming home, leaving home and the version of coming home.

I checked coding of every unit and I didn't find anything suspicious. It's a shame that the unit doesn't write what is the reason for that error. It depends on the coding and the dataset (parametry) established at the factory for the lighting configuration of the vehicle where the BCM is going to be installed. The parameters of the BCM PQ25 can be modified with VCP.
You can check the operation of the diagnosis by removing the bulbs, taking into account that the coding must be appropriate.
There was confusion in the definition of the Bit for lamp diagnosis on the VCDS labels for BCM PQ25, try the opposite in case of doubt.
At first the multifunction steering wheel buttons were connected to +30 but later to +15.
It is not compatible to have MFSW + Stalk for the trip computer at the same time.
Regarding the radio, I don't know what's happening to you, once unchecked from the GW installation list it should no longer appear.
Maybe it's related to Address 10 ...

I have finally started parts collection, and now trying to educate myself how to do so.
(Bixenon headlights and BCM 7H0937090B to replace 7H0937087B, are present.)
I have purchased : https://vag-instal.com/pl/products/adap ... 4-864.html
to have self levelling too - need support if 6R0907357B I can use this module from passat cc with my lights ( do I need 2 of??).. further to buy leveling sensors front and rear and washers....
not sure if I want to go with automatic mode but definitely not now.
As far I can see post is good knowledge center although very complicated to navigate.

Currently test one - no DRL lights an any T17 switch position. Harnes I have bought from VAG-Instal has T14 conector location 12 connected with T10/4; but T14/10 has 0.5mm cable fitted wich should be fitted to BCM plug. This is the harnes with self leveling wich I wan to install too.( I am assuming that T14/12 has to be isolated and replaced with T14/10....)

I have a 2011 T5 Caravelle Trendline 2.0 CAAC with H4 bulbs, and I’m keeping them for now.
I’ve replaced the BCM from 7H0937087H to 7H0937090D.
I’ve fitted an automatic headlight switch and RLS.
I followed the instructions for everything, but I’m still left with two problems I can’t seem to sort out.
I also had a problem with the high beams, but I sorted that out my own way using a relay.
Unfortunately, I got a bit lost at one point and I’m not entirely sure whether this thread is referring to 7H0937090D or 7E0
Problem 1 – The clock dimming function does not work in AUTO mode. When it is dark, the clocks are dark, only the hands are lit.
Problem 2 is rather unconventional.
I have an Android-based radio with a rear-view camera connected – not the factory-fitted one.
The camera is powered by the reversing light.
When the engine is off, the camera works. A few seconds after starting the engine, it shows ‘no signal’.
Generally, the radio is connected to the CAN bus and indicates that the car is in reverse gear.
As for the high beams, I had problems with the high beams not receiving power when set to the steady position. They worked in the flashing mode.
After connecting the relay as shown in the diagram, the full-beam headlights only worked in flashing mode and a ‘bulb burnt out’ error message appeared.
This suggests that the BCM supplies power to the ‘high beams’ pin 1.
I apologise for any linguistic errors, but I’m using a translator

-Before fixing the issues on your own, it would have been better to post an autoscan to try and resolve them via BCM coding after you had modified the wiring...

-There are two types of electrical setups for automatic headlights that can be retrofitted in PQ25* (pre-2015 and 2015 onwards), depending on the Max BCM type —7H0 or 7E0— one or both configurations might apply.
-In the PQ25 diagnosis it is absolutely essential to have details (with images if possible) of the before and after modifications.
-Non-OEM electrical installations (eg. RVC) can cause malfunctions... you should contact the device manufacturer or remove the unit if it is malfunctioning or was installed incorrectly. "Powering" the RVC from the reverse "signal" is a terrible idea.
Please post an autoscan or the BCM coding, perhaps we can see what is going on.
