headunit+speaker cable

Post by mk2keel »

I am thinking of buying a new headunit after xmas and i will need some decent speaker cable for my rear speakers.

Can anybody recommend a decent type of cable and headunit, i have had a look on the car audio direct website and had a look at a few bits, are these any good?

I havent' like used every single headunit in the world so I can't really say much about this particular one. So you might be better off to search for reviews on the net.

Blaupunkt should be okay with their standard quality - German manufacture. But if you asked me?

Alpine mate.

Well that cable looks alright - "looks" and should be okay. I wouldn't spend more than like £3-4 jus on speaker cables. 'cos I'm jus using some "standard" non-branded technical ones - which still works fine and does the job.

But if you're looking for ultimate quality in terms of look + power than you could get that or some even more expensive/better ones. They should be better if you're running high powered speakers.

But it should be adequate enough for most normal 100~Watts applications.

Hope it helped. ;)
