Temporary fixAKs_SlickPolo wrote:been there, done that, as well...they sent me 2 part shop and demanded over £100 + vat for a piece of hard board with black material on it..lol...i dun know how to make my own...and i dont really have access or the time 4 da materials to make a stealth shelf.....
Bit of harboard or thin chipboard and cover it (well glue to it) with black or dark grey cord carpet - shouldn't cost more than £10 and keeps prying eyes out of your boot...
If you can use a wood saw, a tape measure and a stanley knife you can make one
It (off course) won't lift up with the tailgate but if you cut it close it should stay in place and do the job

I think b&q will cut mdf to shape and size if u buy it from a b@q warehouse. However how do i get the shape. Ive never had 1 for it and so dont know what it even looks like? im sure i need a template for it, Cos i may just have to do this.
Would a mk5 parcel shelf fit (the crystal headlights one but with the same body shape???)
thanks
