Removing Indicators

Post by PhilGTi »

How do i remove the indicators, they have some muck in the gap between them and the headlights, I wanna take them off so i can give them a good clean. (not the side repeaters)

Can anyone give me some instructions or a walkthrough/guide?

lift the bonnet up, you'll see a plug with a hole(it has ridges on it, to lock the indicator in place) get a screwdriver and twist it clockwise until it lines up with the grooves then pull it up, the indicator unit will then come out forwards

crappy pic i just took but should give you some idea

As above, they just fall out when you turn that platic bit - really clever design.
