Get the head ported, flowed and skimmed, polish the valves and combustion-chambers, get a set of adjustable cam-pulley's, get GTIinjectors, fuel pressure regulator, a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and de-cat it.
Swap back the cat, injectors and drop the fuel pressure again for emissions/MOT, and it's "legal" too
And you're bound to have some more "fun" on the road

Depends on how crazy the headwork will be, but how crazier the headwork, the more you will shorten the life-expectance of your engine.joee_thompson wrote:cheers mateeee sounds like a plann who kinda bph will i get?
But getting GTI specs (125bhp) is well obtainable, surtainly when you also put in some longer duration camshafts (256 degrees or so).
And fitting a GTI-inlet manifold is also an option
