What Snow Foam do you use?
Hi guys, Just trying to get some feedback on the different snow foams that are available. I have been using Autobrite MagiFoam for the last few months and although I'm very impressed with it, it seems to be expensive at £10/500ML. After a recommendation from one of the other members I'm going to buy...

Re: VW Extended Manafacturers Warranty
Hi Alex,
Thanks for your advice. The Comprehensive cover seems to be very good and covers the vast majority of components and the price of this seems very reasonable to me!

VW Extended Manafacturers Warranty
The time has come where my three year manufacturers warranty is about to expire. Has anyone had any experience with the VW Extended Warranties that are available? I've got some prices for the three levels available and the prices range from £116 PA (Driveline) to £150 PA (Comprehensive). Anyone had ...

Re: Green mouldy stuff in window edges.
Clean it off with what? I've pressure washed it off a few times, the more you clean it the worse it gets. It is mould after all which grows in areas of consistent damp so cleaning it off is not a solution.ben4012 wrote:This is not a warranty issue. Just clean it off.

Re: Green mouldy stuff in window edges.
My Polo is coming up to three years old, it has been cleaned religiously and I have the same problem. I'm still undecided whether I'm going to ask my local dealer to replace the seals under the manufacturers warranty or not as I don't think they should be going mouldy after three years. I would norm...

Re: Tyres for the GTI
Hi Ben, I recently created this thread for feedback/advice on tyres also. http://www.uk-polos.net/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=60256 From this, I went for the Yokohama Parada Spec 2's all around. I found the valuetyres website the cheapest place to obtain them. Also, my local VW dealer advertised a 'Pri...

Re: Exhaust for 1.2 tsi
Have a look on the internet/youtube, there are some videos of aftermarket exhausts fitted to various VAG 1.2 TSI engines. The only ones I can remember seeing that was from a reputable companies and not a garage were 'Supersprint' and 'Milltek' which I think is still work in progress.
