The 50 diameter of the Polo exhaust should be adequate for at least 150 BHP...

No but you CAN find a simply electronics man to remove, flash, and resolder the EPROM chip.Its a piece of cake and routine job for a skilled person.Thats what i did to my car too, since there is no OBD flash...
